Q. Why did my order get cancelled? A. Orders can be cancelled for a number of reasons, this could be anything from a failed payment to an order timeout. Our store system will automatically cancel a 'Pending' order if a payment has not been made within seven days. When your order gets cancelled it is deleted off the system and cannot be retrieved, we recommend that all orders are paid for immediately so that we can ensure that the items you want to order are still in stock. Q. I haven't recieved my item, what should I do? A. Unfortunately some items that we post out do not get recieved by our customers, this is usually down to failures in the Royal Mail network, if you have not recieved your order then we suggest that you check with your local UK sorting office, or International Post Office, to verify if they are holding the item there for you.
